Everetts Titchfield celebrated the opening of their new look store in March with Wave 105’s Andy Jackson cutting the ribbon and the opportunity for customers to come and have a look at the new interior and enter the prize draw.
The refurbishment demonstrates Everetts’ commitment to invest in the community, enabling them to improve their offering to customers. The 2 new consultation rooms are fully equipped with sinks and sound proof walls, the size of the dispensary has been increased and the layout improved creating a more efficient, productive environment where more services are able to be offered.
The staff at Everetts Titchfield have worked hard to achieve Healthy Living Pharmacy status. The objective of Healthy Living Pharmacies is to create teams that are aware of local health issues and are consistently demonstrating they are promoting healthy lifestyles by tackling the health problems their populations face head on. They are also a Dementia Friendly pharmacy and the new space has been designed within these frameworks making it more accessible and useful for all members of the local community. The team are now working on becoming a Diabetes Focus Pharmacy.
Caroline, the Pharmacy Manager said “We are thrilled with the new space, it enables us to offer improved services to our customers and it has been really well received by the local community and the whole staff team.”
